The Giveaway is run by Sharesies Limited (Sharesies) and is governed by these terms and conditions.
The promotion is a draw to be facilitated by Sharesies Limited for two copies of Kill your Mortgage and Sort your Retirement’ books by Hannah McQueen (Promotion).
By entering the Promotion, you agree to all applicable terms and conditions.
The Promotion runs from 11 AM Tuesday 13 August 2024 to 8 AM Wednesday 21 August 2024. (Promotional Period).
Entry in the Promotion is only open to NZ residents who are members of the Facebook group Sharesies’ Share Club NZ (“Eligible Participant”). Sharesies staff and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
To enter the Promotion, comment on the “Kill your Mortgage and Sort your Retirement” Book post on Share Club NZ. One entry per person.
Sharesies reserves the right to disqualify anyone from the Promotion for commenting multiple times or behaving in a “spammy” or antisocial manner.
Sharesies, in their sole discretion, will randomly select two winners on Wednesday 21 August 2024.
There will be two winners of one book each and the winners will be notified via a reply to their comment on the post, they will be invited to contact Sharesies to organise receiving the prize. If Sharesies has not received any communication from a winner by Friday 23 August 2024, in its discretion: deem the winner to have forfeited their selection and prize and draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Sharesies can choose not to award the prize if we reasonably suspect the winning entry to involve fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct. If we do not award the prize on one of these grounds, we will draw another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The prize is not redeemable for cash.
Sharesies does not accept responsibility for competition entries that are lost, invalid or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, network, service, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
Sharesies reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel this Promotion at any time without notice.
The Promotion is not associated with Facebook or Instagram (Meta) or any of their subsidiaries and they are not liable in respect of this Promotion.
