Learn how to find a breakdown of payments for each pay-out from Stripe or GoCardless

Please Note: On viewing a Report, please bear in mind that the information displayed is based on the data records determined by the time period you have selected.

How do I navigate to sheepCRM Partner Pay-out Report?

Go to core.sheepcrm.com and log in to your CRM User account, if not already.

Select Reports tab from the top navigation bar

Select Finance tab from options below the navigation bar

Select from Last/This Week/Month

What data does the Partner Pay-out Report include?

Within this report the data includes, but is not limited to, grouped by the date you select together with the appropriate currency, the following field headings:

Partner name, Reference, Total

To view a list of payments made please select 'Reference' for a detailed list.

This data can then be exported as an XLS file.

Please Note: The Stripe pay-out report requires large live data requests so it may take a little time to load and has the potential to timeout on occasions. Please try at different times of the day if you are experiencing this issue.

What is a Partner Pay-outs Report?

Stripe and GoCardless may bulk pay-outs for payments they have collected on your behalf, we produce a breakdown of those payments to assist you reconcile those payments to your revenue accounts or invoicing.

How do I view more information on a Partner Pay-out Report?

Click on the payment reference number to view a sub-report of the reference, showing the payment(s) and the buyer, along with the net, gross and fee amounts.
