How do I navigate to sheepCRM Fundraising/Gift Aid/Donations Report?

Go to core.sheepcrm.com and log in to your CRM User account, if not already.

Select Reports tab from the top navigation bar

Select Finance tab from options below the navigation bar

Select from Last/This Week/Month/Year

What data does the Fundraising Gift Aid Donations Report include?

Within this report the data includes, but is not limited to, grouped by the date you select, the following field headings:

Contacts First and Last name, Address, # of Donations.

This data can be exported as an XLS file.

What is a Fundraising Gift Aid Donations Report?

This report generates a list of all Gift Aid enabled payments made during a specific timeframe. This list can be exported/downloaded in a format that can be uploaded to HMRC - to do this, click on the HMRC Gift Aid Claim Sheet button located at the bottom of the report. Alternatively, the data can be exported in a more generic format as a .XLS file.

How do I obtain all the information I need to submit to HMRC to make a Gift Aid Claim?

We have made this really simple, next to the 'Export as XLS' button, we have a built in 'HMRC Gift Aid Claim Sheet'. When selected a pre-populated Gift Aid Donations schedule is created as an XLS document ready for use.
