Joining an introduction or booking is really easy! There are two ways to do it.

Remember, you'll need to make sure your introduction or booking is 'Upcoming'. If it's still 'Pending' as it's meant to start, it'll automatically be cancelled.

You will be able to join the introduction or lesson by heading to your Bookings page. There, you'll be able to see the blue "Launch" button, right at the top of the list of lessons 🎉.

Alternatively, 5 minutes before your scheduled time, you will receive an email from us similar to the one below.

The online meeting space works best in Google Chrome or any up-to-date modern browser. We strongly recommend you do this on your desktop!
