You can now prepare your lessons and introductions as soon as they are confirmed and shown as 'Upcoming'.
Preparing Your Classroom
To prepare the classroom, simply visit your Bookings Page and use the 'Prepare' button (as shown below) to launch the classroom and upload any materials/notes you'd like to add in advance.
The classroom is saved automatically, so you can either:
Close the tab and return to Sherpa when it's time to launch your lesson
If it's close to the start time, stay in the classroom until your student joins and have the lesson as normal.
This also works for preparing introduction sessions in the same way.
Using Introduction Templates
Introduction sessions now have a default Sherpa template pre-loaded, or the tutor can choose one of their own saved templates by clicking the 'Prepare' dropdown seen below and selecting 'Choose template'.
