Students & Parents
On a student account, it is really easy to find invoices for your completed lessons. First, go to your bookings page.
Next move over to the 'My Profile' section of the left-hand sidebar as shown in the animation below. Click it to reveal a dropdown menu and click on 'Invoices'.
This page will reveal all lessons you have paid for or completed. Any details of refunds will be included in the invoice. Click the blue 'View' link next to each invoice to view a printable version.
Tutors
Tutors can view their invoices by first navigating to their dashboard page.
Scroll down to find the area where your payments from us are listed, in the bottom right of the page and click 'View Bookings' on one of your payments from us.
This page will reveal a breakdown of all lessons in each payment period. Any details of refunds and platform fees will be included in the invoice. Click the blue 'View' link next to each invoice to view a printable version of your income.
Similarly, for each payment period, you will have a summary of the total platform fee paid to Sherpa. To access this invoice for your expenses, click the large green "View Invoice" button at the top of the payment period summary.
Saving or Printing Your Invoices
Once you have clicked to view the invoice in a print-friendly format, you can easily save them as a pdf from the print dialogue screen on your system. The appearance of this stage may vary.
