I received the wrong product

It can unfortunately happen that you receive the wrong product. We understand this is frustrating, and we want to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.

What you should do

  1. Check your order

    Compare the item you received with the product page and your invoice/order overview. Sometimes a product may look slightly different but still be the correct type or size.

  2. Take clear photos

    • A photo of the product you received.

    • A photo of the label or SKU number on the packaging.

    • A photo of your invoice or order confirmation.

  3. Contact us

    Send us the photos along with your order number through our contact page or by replying directly to your confirmation email. Briefly describe what went wrong.

  4. Return & replacement

    • Once we receive the information, we’ll send you a return label.

    • Please package the incorrect item securely and return it.

    • We will ship the correct product as soon as possible after receiving the return, or, if possible, even in parallel.

Costs

The return shipping costs for an incorrectly delivered product are, of course, covered by us.
