What to do if parts are missing from my order

We always do our best to pack your order carefully, but it may happen that a part is missing. Don’t worry — we’ll help you solve it quickly.

Step 1 – Check your order confirmation

  • Compare the products you received with your invoice or order confirmation email.

  • Some items (like internal filters or small accessories) may need to be ordered separately, even if they are pictured together.

Step 2 – Check the packaging

  • Sometimes smaller parts are packed inside the box of a larger product or under protective material.

  • Please carefully check the packaging before reporting a missing part.

Step 3 – Contact us

If a part is indeed missing, please contact us through our contact page and provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Which part is missing.

  • A photo of the received items and packaging.

Step 4 – Resolution

  • If the part was left out accidentally, we will send it to you as quickly as possible.

  • If the part is a separate item (not included with your order), we’ll let you know which product you need to order.
