Step 1 – Check your order confirmation
Compare the products you received with your invoice or order confirmation email.
Some items (like internal filters or small accessories) may need to be ordered separately, even if they are pictured together.
Step 2 – Check the packaging
Sometimes smaller parts are packed inside the box of a larger product or under protective material.
Please carefully check the packaging before reporting a missing part.
Step 3 – Contact us
If a part is indeed missing, please contact us through our contact page and provide:
Your order number.
Which part is missing.
A photo of the received items and packaging.
Step 4 – Resolution
If the part was left out accidentally, we will send it to you as quickly as possible.
If the part is a separate item (not included with your order), we’ll let you know which product you need to order.
