Can I cancel or change my order?

We understand that sometimes something goes wrong during the ordering process. You may have accidentally added the wrong product or decided you want to cancel the order.

Cancellation

  • Before your order has been shipped:

    Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we can usually cancel it for you without any extra costs.

  • After your order has been shipped:

    Unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you can return the order once you have received the package. See How can I return a product? for more details.

Changes

Do you want to add or remove a product, or change the delivery address?

  • Get in touch with us right away.

    We can only make changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

If the order is already on its way, you can:

  • Refuse the package upon delivery (it will automatically be returned to us).

  • Or return the product once you have received it.

Summary

  • Contact us as quickly as possible if you want to cancel or make changes.

  • After shipping, cancellation is not possible, but returns are always an option.

  • Changes can only be made before the order has been shipped.
