Debugging COD Configuration Issues

In this article, you'll learn how to troubleshoot and adjust your Cash on Delivery (COD) settings if they're not appearing correctly in your shipping zones.

Step 1: Navigate to your shipping zones.

Step 2: Select a rate to examine, for instance, the test rate.

Step 3: Check the COD settings. In this case, COD is enabled from 301 to 3999, but not from 4000 onwards. If you want to enable COD from 0 to 300, you'll need to adjust these settings.

Step 4: Click on the three dots to access more options.

Step 5: Choose to configure COD.

Step 6: Make the necessary adjustments and confirm your changes.

That's it! You've now adjusted your COD settings. This is the process to follow if COD isn't showing for a certain range, like 0 to 300.
