Inviting Members on Shopflo Dashboard

Easily manage workspace access by inviting members and assigning custom roles. This ensures everyone has the right permissions - no more, no less - keeping your workspace secure and organized as your team grows.

Step 1: Go to your Shopflo Dashboard and open Settings.

Step 2: Select Members and roles.

Step 3: Click Invite to add a new member.

Step 4: Select Invite a new shopflo dashboard user to add a new user.

Step 5: In the Role field, view the list of available roles and enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

Create custom roles to invite users to specific teams - like Sales or Finance. For example, you can invite the Marketing team with a role that grants access only to the Reports and Analytics tabs.

How to create roles?

  • Click on create roles and define the role name

  • Enter the permission name and select the permissions you want to give and Save.

Step 6: Assign the role to your new member.

Step 7: Click Invite to send the invitation.
