How to setup Multi-warehouse EDD (with Easyecom + Clickpost)

Learn how to connect Easyecom and Clickpost to Shopflo for accurate multi-warehouse estimated delivery dates at checkout.

Written by Swapnil Sangal

If you ship from multiple warehouses, this integration lets Shopflo show shoppers an accurate Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) based on whichever warehouse is closest to them. It works by connecting Easyecom (for warehouse and inventory data) with Clickpost (for carrier-level delivery estimates) — giving shoppers a reliable delivery window at checkout, not a generic guess.

Before You Begin

You'll need the following from your Easyecom account: Email, Password, Location Key, and API Key. You can find the Location Key and API Key in your Easyecom account settings.

How to Set This Up

Step 1: Go to the Shopflo dashboard and navigate to Settings → Integrations.

Step 2: Scroll down to find Shipping. Find and click on Multi-warehouse EDD (with Easyecom + Clickpost).

Step 3: Under the Credentials section, enter your Easyecom Email, Password, Location Key, and API Key.

Step 4: Toggle the integration on to enable it.

Step 5: Click Save.

Step 6: Now go to Flo Checkout → Customise → Address Page. Scroll to the Delivery information section and enable Show earliest possible delivery date for the selected address.

Shoppers will now see an accurate delivery estimate at checkout based on your closest warehouse.

Reduce RTO Further

ETD at checkout is one piece of the RTO puzzle. Here are other Shopflo tools that work alongside it:

How to connect Clickpost for Smart ETD — for single-warehouse delivery estimates

Shopflo's RTO Suite — OTP confirmation for COD, COD to prepaid nudges, and more

How to enable gibberish detection — block fake or undeliverable addresses before orders are placed

Block COD for Specific PIN Codes — disable COD for high-RTO pincodes

Set up Slab-Based Split COD — reduce COD risk on high-value orders
