Clevertap is a customer engagement and retention platform that lets you reach customers with personalised campaigns across push notifications, email, SMS, and in-app messaging. Connecting Clevertap with Shopflo sends checkout events directly into Clevertap, so you can trigger campaigns at key moments — abandoned checkouts, order completions, and more.

You'll need your Clevertap Account ID and Passcode to complete this setup. Find them in your Clevertap dashboard under Settings → Project → Overview. Also note which region your Clevertap account is on (India, Europe, Singapore, or US) and which identity you use to identify customers (Phone or Email).

Step 1: Go to the Settings page in your Shopflo dashboard.

Step 2: Under Shop Settings, click Integrations.

Step 3: Navigate to the Re-marketing section and click on Clevertap.

Step 4: Enter your Clevertap Account ID in the first field and your Passcode in the second field.

Step 5: Select your Region from the dropdown — this should match the data centre your Clevertap account is on.

Step 6: Select your Identity type — choose Phone or Email depending on how you identify customers in Clevertap.

Step 7: Toggle Clevertap analytics to enabled.

Step 8: Select the channels you want Clevertap to be active on, then click Save. Your integration is now live.
