WebEngage is a customer data and engagement platform that lets you run campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, WhatsApp, and web push. Connecting WebEngage with Shopflo sends checkout events into WebEngage, so you can trigger personalised journeys based on what happens at checkout — abandoned carts, order completions, payment failures, and more.
Before You Begin
You'll need your WebEngage API Key and License Code. Find them in your WebEngage dashboard under Account Settings → Integrations → REST API. If your WebEngage account is on the Indian data centre, keep that in mind — there's a separate setting for it in Shopflo.
How to Connect WebEngage with Shopflo
Step 1: Go to the Settings page in your Shopflo dashboard.
Step 2: Under Shop Settings, click Integrations.
Step 3: Navigate to the Re-marketing section and click on WebEngage.
Step 4: Enter your API Key and License Code in the respective fields.
Step 5: If your WebEngage account uses the Indian data centre, check the Indian Data Center checkbox.
Step 6: Toggle WebEngage analytics to enabled.
Step 7: Select the channels you want WebEngage to be active on, then click Save. Your integration is now live.
