YCloud is a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform that helps you reach customers with timely, personalised messages — from abandoned checkout reminders to re-marketing campaigns and order updates. Connecting YCloud with Shopflo lets you trigger these messages at key moments in the checkout journey, so your Journeys can act on real checkout behaviour.

You'll need an active YCloud account and an API key to complete this setup. To find your API key, log in to YCloud and go to Developers → API keys. Keep it handy before starting the steps below.

Step 1: Go to the Settings page in your Shopflo dashboard.

Step 2: Under Shop Settings, click on Integrations.

Step 3: Navigate to the Re-marketing section and click on YCloud.

Step 4: Paste your YCloud API key into the field provided.

Step 5: Turn on the toggle to enable the integration.

Step 6: Optionally, enable YCloud analytics using the toggle if you want checkout analytics data to flow into YCloud.

Step 7: Click Save. Your integration is now live.

Once connected, abandoned checkouts will automatically trigger the checkout_abandon_notification event in YCloud, which your Journeys can act on to send recovery messages.
