Getting Started

1. Can I adjust recommendations manually?

Absolutely! Smart Jobs provides intelligent, property-specific recommendations, but you’re always in control. You can modify quantities, swap models, and adjust specifications to fit your needs.

2. What if my property details are incorrect?

If something looks off, you have options:

  • Admins can update property attributes on the Property Detail page.

  • Not an admin? Contact Sibi Support at support@sibipro.com or in the chat to request updates.

3. Can I place bulk orders?

At this time, Smart Jobs does not support bulk ordering, but we’re exploring future enhancements!

4. What if I don’t see the option I need?

No problem! On the Job Review page, you can search the shop for additional products. Still can’t find what you need? Reach out to us—we’re happy to help.

5. How do I ensure I'm ordering compliant products?

Smart Jobs automatically filters for compliant products based on your organization’s standards. Look for:

  • A "Compliant" badge on products

  • Clear indicators for recommended options

6. Can I combine different job types, or do I have to order one by one?

Right now, Smart Jobs handles one job type at a time (Appliances or Paint). But soon, you’ll be able to combine multiple job types for the same property—stay tuned!

7. How do I start my first Smart Job?

It’s easy:
1️⃣ Go to jobs.sibipro.com
2️⃣ Select a property address
3️⃣ Choose a job type (Paint or Appliances)
4️⃣ Get instant recommendations and start ordering!

8. How do I set up my preferences?

If you’d like to adjust how Smart Jobs recommends paint or appliances, just reach out to support@sibipro.com—we can help tailor recommendations to your needs.

1. How long does appliance delivery typically take?

GE Appliance deliveries usually take 5-7 days from the time your order is placed.

2. What happens if an appliance is out of stock?

Smart Jobs automatically substitutes out-of-stock items as part of GE’s Autosub Program, ensuring you still get a compliant option that fits your needs.

3. How do I track my orders?

Track your orders anytime by heading to web.sibipro.com/orders.

4. Can I save a Smart Job for later?

Yes! Every Smart Job has a unique URL—just bookmark the link, and you can return anytime to pick up where you left off.

6. How does installation scheduling work?

When placing a Smart Jobs order, you can:

  • Coordinate delivery and installation together

  • Choose from available time slots

  • Add special installation instructions
