If something arrives damaged or defective, here’s exactly how to get a warranty claim moving with Skyline, Gila Cabinet & Stone, or SWI. We’ve laid out the process to make sure your claims are handled clearly and quickly, with minimal back-and-forth.

Warranty Claim Contacts

Send claims to the correct supplier below. Always include photos and a clear description to reduce delays.

Skyline

SWI Products

Gila Cabinet & Stone

Step-by-Step warranty claim process

1. Gather required information

Before you send anything, make sure you have:

  • The order number

  • Customer name and delivery address

  • Product details (SKUs and quantities)

  • Photos of the defect or damage

  • A short description of the issue

2. Identify the right supplier

Check your original order or ask Sibi Support if you’re unsure whether the product came from:

  • Skyline

  • Gila Cabinet & Stone

  • SWI Products

3. Submit the claim

Send all the info from Step 1 to the correct warranty contact email (see list above).

Use this subject line format to keep things organized: “Warranty Claim – [Supplier Name] – [Order Number]”

4. Track the claim

Once submitted, make note of:

  • The submission date

  • Which supplier you sent it to

  • Any follow-up reminders or response timelines

This helps us keep everything visible and avoids dropped threads.

5. Follow up if needed

If you don’t hear back within a few days, reply to the same email thread to check in. Reference the original claim to keep things clear.

6. Close the loop

Once the supplier confirms the outcome, whether a replacement or refund, pass that info along to your client or crew.

A Few Tips to Avoid Delays

  • Always include photos and a detailed description. It saves time on both ends.

  • Use one clear email thread per claim so nothing gets lost.

  • If you’re ever unsure where the product came from, use the chat inside Sibi or email support@sibipro.com and we’ll help you sort it out.
