What is Projects?
Projects creates visibility and alignment between pros and their clients when ordering HVAC materials. When you place an HVAC order and your client is on Projects, both you and your client will receive a clear breakdown of costs and scope through our new Payout Summary.
This feature ensures everyone stays informed throughout the procurement process, from order placement to project completion.
For Pros: Clear Expectations
What You'll See
When placing an order for your client, you'll see a Payout Summary that shows:
Labor service costs based on your agreed SOW
Total project cost transparency
Clear scope of work confirmation
How It Works
Select your materials as you normally would
Review the Payout Summary before placing your order
Add applicable labor services for the HVAC job if not listed
Place your order - both you and your client receive confirmation emails

Getting Started
For Pros
The Payout Summary appears automatically when you add any HVAC materials for a client that has opted in to Projects. Simply review the breakdown and proceed with your order as usual.
For Managers
No setup required. You'll automatically receive email notifications when your pros place HVAC orders through Sibi.
