Goal
Reconcile counted inventory against the system's bin counts.
Who
Office Manager or Tech.
There are two ways to run a count from the mobile app.
Path A: One bin at a time
Open the Inventory tab and tap the bin you want to count.
On the bin detail screen, tap the pencil icon in the top right ("Manually adjust count").
Enter the actual count and submit.
Path B: The whole location at once
Open the Inventory tab.
Tap the cycle count CTA to open the location-wide count form.
Step through every bin, entering counts as you go.
Submit when you've covered the location.
Each adjustment lands as a Bin Adjustment entry in the location's Feed.
Notes
The first cycle count after location creation completes that location's onboarding. The whole-location form (Path B) is the path the initial count takes. Don't skip it.
