Goal
Get a quick answer about a location without digging through tabs: what's running low, what was issued this week, which orders are still open.
Who
Anyone with access to the location.
Steps
Open the location's detail page. The Field assistant panel sits on the right; expand it if it's collapsed.
Type a question, or tap one of the suggested ones. Plain language works: "what's running low?", "what did we issue to 42 Elm St this week?"
The assistant answers from the location's own data: bins, counts, orders, issuances, and activity.
Notes
The assistant is read-only. It looks things up; it never changes counts, places orders, or edits anything.
Answers come from your location's live data, so it's a faster way into the same information the tabs show, not a separate source of truth.
