Sibi Overview

Who We Are

Sibi is modernizing the procurement industry. We are simplifying the process of building and improving a property by connecting manufacturers, distributors, pros, and homeowners directly on one platform. The effect: elimination of unnecessary channels and markups, meaning time savings and more money in everyone’s pockets.

Sibi Platform Users

Clients are comprised of large institutional owners and aggregators of real estate and their supporting supply chain. Examples include: single family rental, home warranty, property management, etc.

Pros (AKA: contractors, dealers, vendors) are certified HVAC installers/technicians who purchase equipment and material through Sibi’s web or mobile application.

Warranty

10-Year Parts and Labor Warranty

Carrier offers a standard 10-year parts warranty at no charge. Sibi has partnered with AIG to provide a 10-year extended labor warranty ranging from $350-450 depending on the system type.

Registration Process

Sibi will automatically register purchases with Carrier’s 10-year standard parts warranty at no extra cost. If directed by the Property Owner, Sibi will also register the 10-year extended labor warranty. Through AIG, the costs for this coverage will be billed directly to the Property Owner.

New Process for HVAC Dealers

Purchases made through the Sibi Platform which require an extended warranty will be processed directly with AIG. HVAC Dealers are no longer required to initiate registration, nor cover the costs for coverage.

How do I get an account set up on Sibi?

To setup an account with Sibi, please reach out to support@sibipro.com

Where do I go to place my order?

Web.sibipro.com or on the app at both Apple App Store and Google Store.

Are all orders required to be placed through the Sibi platform?

Yes, all Sibi program-related orders are required to be placed through the Sibi Platform (web.sibipro.com or on the App). Carrier/York distributors will not accept Sibi Program orders that did not originate through Sibi.
