Sibi Overview

Who we are

Sibi is modernizing the antiquated procurement industry. We are simplifying the process of building and improving a property by connecting manufacturer, distributor, contractor, and homeowner directly on one platform. Knowledge is power, and our revolutionary technology leverages data across all aspects of this ecosystem to promote efficiency throughout the entire supply chain and inform smarter decisions for all in the process. The effect: elimination of unnecessary channels and markups, meaning time savings and more money in everyone’s pockets.

Sibi Platform Users

Clients comprise of large institutional owners and aggregators of real estate and their supporting supply chain. Examples include: single family rental, home warranty, property management, etc.

Pros (AKA: contractors, dealers, vendors) are certified HVAC installers/technicians who purchase equipment and material through Sibi’s web or mobile application.

Partners are manufacturers, distributors, or service providers (i.e. AIG warranty services) who provide products & services through the Sibi platform.

Order Process

How an order flows today

Dealer will receive a work order for one of Sibi’s clients. The dealer will then log into the Sibi platform to place an order for the equipment needed for that job. Once the dealer checks out, the order will be emailed directly to distribution to process.

How the order will flow in the future

Sibi will be working with each of Carrier’s distribution partners in the near future to integrate with your internal systems. We will be able to provide the dealers with a much better experience by showing them product availability, recommended parts, and more.


Warranty

10-Year Parts and Labor Warranty

Carrier offers a standard 10-year parts warranty. Sibi has partnered with AIG to provide a 10-year extended labor warranty ranging from $350-450 depending on the system type.

Registration Process

Sibi will automatically register purchases with Carrier’s 10-year standard parts warranty at no extra cost. If directed by the Property Owner, Sibi will also register the 10-year extended labor warranty.

New Process for HVAC Dealers

Purchases made through the Sibi Platform which require an extended warranty will be processed directly with AIG. HVAC Dealers are no longer required to initiate registration.


General Questions

How do I get an account set up on Sibi?

Please reach out to hvac@sibipro.com. A representative from Sibi’s HVAC team will respond within one business day to get your dealer onboarded.

Will Sibi onboard new dealers?

Yes! If you would like to have your preferred dealers recommended to one of our clients, please reach out to the Sibi team to make introductions.

Are all orders required to be placed through the Sibi platform?

Yes. In order to be in compliance with the program, receive the correct pricing, and auto warranty registration, all Sibi program-related orders are required to be placed through the Sibi Platform (web.sibipro.com or on the App). Sibi orders should not be taken at the counter or received directly from the dealer.
