Why do I need to start an order from the property?
Starting an order for a specific property guarantees you get your negotiated pricing and customized compliance list. Additionally, it simplifies asset tracking at the property and files the warranty information for future use.
How do I add a new property?
To add a property, head to the Properties page and click the Add Property button. Here, type in the address you would like to add. If the property is not yet in the system, there will be a + next to the address. Click on the address and fill out the necessary information. When you are finished, click Add Property at the bottom.
How do I update occupancy on a property?
Occupancy information is crucial to the fulfillment process of an order. To update the occupancy information on a property, follow these steps:
Navigate to that property's page by searching for it in the Properties Tab.
Click on the desired property.
Click on the pencil that is next to the address.
Click Edit Property Info and choose vacant or occupied
Fill out the necessary information.
Click Save Changes at the bottom when you are done.
