What is the status of my order?

To check the status of an order, navigate to the Orders tab and click on your order. The order status can be found inside the orders page or click view more to see a timeline of your order.

When will my order arrive?

Real time updates are provided on your orders. When we hear from the manufacturer, your estimated delivery date will be updated in the order details page.


There’s something wrong with my order. Who should I reach out to?
