Adding a User

Sibi is meant for everyone at your company. To invite a new user to Sibi, follow these steps:

  • Head to the Organization tab.

  • Click on Users under My Organization

  • Click on the Invite button in the top right corner.

  • Input the user’s email, select their role, and add them to any offices that they will need to order for

  • The user will receive an email in their inbox to join your team on Sibi.

How can I update my user information?

Head to your account settings by clicking on the ⚙️ gear in the top right corner, and then clicking Account Settings

In your Account Settings, you may update your first name, last name, and phone number.
