How to Cancel an Order

Order cancellation process

We get it, stuff happens!

We need some information on your side to take care of things on our side.

If your order is still in the Processing stage, make your way to the Orders page and click on the order you need to cancel.

  1. In the top right corner, you’ll find the Request Cancelation button.

  2. After indicating your reason for cancelation, press Confirm.

  3. You will receive an email when your order is cancelled successfully.

If you are cancelling a GE Appliances order that is in the Processing stage, your order will be cancelled live with GE. Learn more here!

If your order is already in transit, follow these steps to cancel your order:

  1. In the Messages tab, click “Send us a message”.

  2. Click “Order cancellation request”.

  3. Input the Order Number for the order you would like to cancel. This can be found on the Order Details page.

  4. A Sibi expert will reach out to you regarding your request.

If you are looking to cancel an HVAC order, things are just a little different:

Credit Card Orders

JCI Factory Direct/JCI 3rd Party Locations:

Cancel/Adjust Order - To cancel the order and receive a refund of the credit card payment, please contact the Sibi HVAC team using the chat and provide them with the confirmation number. They will then reach out to the branch on your behalf.

Credit Line Orders

JCI Factory Direct/JCI 3rd Party

Cancel/Adjust Order - The branch will initiate the cancellation for you. Just reach out to the branch and provide them with the confirmation number. If you need to find the branch’s phone number, it can be located on the order’s page under “track order”.
