How to Adjust an Order

Need to update add a cord to your appliance order or update your equipment on your HVAC order? Take a look below.

Got an order that needs some adjustments? We’ve got you covered.

Follow these instructions to begin an Order Adjustment Request:

  1. In the Messages tab in chat, click “Send us a message”.

  2. Click “Something else”.

  3. Input the Order Number for the order you would like to adjust. This can be found on the Order Details page.

  4. Input the program and/or distribution center that you ordered from.

  5. Give us some details about the adjustment(s) you would like to make to your order. Ex: Update fulfillment method, PO Number, delivery date, product changes, etc.

  6. A Sibi expert will reach out to you regarding your request.

If you have any additional questions, please leave them in the live chat and we will be happy to assist you.

Note: An order adjustment request may result in additional fees depending on the status of the order and manufacturer. To change the address on a GE Appliances order, create a new order and cancel the original one, as address adjustments are not supported currently.
