How to Claim a GE Warranty

Claim a warranty for your GE Appliance

When you purchase an appliance through GE Appliances on Sibi, it comes with a one-year manufacturer warranty. This warranty begins on the date of delivery and remains active for one year.

How to claim a GE warranty:

  1. Access Your Property on Sibi:

    • Navigate to the Properties tab on Sibi and locate your property.

    • Type the first few characters of the address to find your property easily.

  2. Locate Your Appliance:

    • Once you've found your property, click into it to access the property details.

    • Identify the appliance for which you need to claim a warranty.

  3. Claim Warranty:

    • If your order has been delivered and marked as received in Sibi, you'll see the option to Claim Warranty.

    • If the delivery is confirmed but not yet marked received, simply click the Received button.

  4. Schedule Your Warranty Appointment:

    • Upon selecting the Claim Warranty button, you'll be directed to the GE Appliances warranty scheduling service.

    • Fill out information about the issue with your appliance.

    • Choose a convenient date for your warranty appointment with a GE Appliances service technician.

Important Note: Serial number and SKU can be found on the appliance detail page where you claimed the warranty.
