Q: What happens if the HVAC equipment I ordered is out of stock?

A: No worries! If the product you ordered is out of stock, Carrier has a substitution program in place. The sub-program will provide a similar product or the same product from a different brand only if it is available in stock, ensuring you get what you need without delays. Q: What if my order is with a distributor that doesn’t participate in the substitution program?

A: If your distributor is not listed above, they will reach out to you directly after you place your order to work on fulfilling it from a different location or to modify the order based on available stock.
