Scope of Service

The Service provided by Sid is a fully managed, data-driven digital marketing solution tailored for B2B companies. Sid focuses on hyper-targeted advertising campaigns aimed at decision-makers within the Client’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The Service includes the following core components:

  1. Audience Creation and Targeting: Sid's operations team assists the Client in identifying and creating an audience of key stakeholders and decision-makers from companies that match the Client’s ICP.

  2. Ad Creation and Design: Sid’s team develops a series of personalized ads, including thought leadership, client testimonials, case studies, and product demos. These ads are designed to build trust, establish social proof, and improve brand positioning among the target audience.

  3. Ad Campaign Management: Sid launches and manages advertising campaigns on different agreed-upon platforms. Ads are displayed to the audience derived from the Client’s ICP, ensuring that all advertising efforts are directed towards relevant stakeholders.

  4. Ongoing Optimization and Reporting: The Service includes continuous monitoring, optimization, and reporting of campaign performance. Sid provides the Client with access to a performance dashboard that tracks key metrics such as impressions, clicks, and engagement broken down by campaign, ad creative, and targeted company.

  5. Retargeting and Analytics: Sid installs tracking pixels on the Client’s website for retargeting purposes to enhance campaign performance.

  6. Consultation and Support: Sid offers ongoing strategic consultation and technical support throughout the duration of the engagement. The Client may provide feedback and approve audiences and ad creatives through Sid’s software interface.

The Client agrees to pay a monthly fee for the Service, in addition to a separately agreed-upon adspend, as outlined in the agreement. Sid does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the ad campaigns but will take reasonable steps to maximize the effectiveness of the campaigns based on the provided data and agreed-upon strategies.
