If you create a transaction and then discover an error somewhere (an incorrect e-mail address, telephone number, or the content of the document itself), what options are available?
Active transactions cannot be edited in any way.
If you need to change something, you must withdraw the ‘old’ transaction and create a new one in its place with the correct information.
How to withdraw a transaction:
Figure 1 – Find the relevant transaction via Transactions > Open transactions > Transaction details button behind the transaction
Figure 2 – Under ‘Details', click the ‘Withdraw transaction’ button to withdraw the transaction.
Figure 3 –There is space here to provide additional information about why the transaction is being withdrawn. This information will be sent to the signers if you check the box 'Notify Receiver'.
Now click ‘Withdraw transaction’ to finalise the cancellation.
