Under Settings > Transaction Settings there is a setting called 'Intro message'. Here, a piece of text can be stored that is displayed to the signer in the signature screen before the document(s) can be viewed. This message is displayed immediately after opening the signature request hyperlink.
The intro message may contain a maximum of 500 characters.
