When creating a transaction you can add multiple signers. We advise to use an extra verification method when users have the same e-mail address.

After filling in the e-mail address you can choose a identification method. For the Scribble option, a name can be provided in advance to make clear who should sign the request. It is possible to add several verification methods.

Additional signers can be added using the Add signer button.

Are you using the drag and drop method to determine the signature location? Then the top signer is Signer 1 etc.

Furthermore, we recommend sending the invitation in order. This way only one e-mail will be sent initially to the given e-mail address. Once the first signatory has signed the document, another e-mail with a signature request is then sent for the second signatory.

Finally, click Send to send the transaction.
