E-mail with activation link - Activating a user

After inviting a user on the user management page, we send an activation e-mail. A user can click on the link in the e-mail to create a password.

This activation e-mail looks like this:

Have you not received this e-mail?

  • The e-mail is always in Dutch. Unfortunately the translated mail doesn't work due to a bug, we are working on this;

  • Search for the sender: noreply@signhost.com;

  • Search the subject line: portal.signhost.com;

  • Go to our portal > fill in the e-mail address > press 'Forgot password?'

  • After 5 days we send out a reminder.

If all of the above steps fail, please contact our support team. Until 10 days after sending we can check this in our mail system.

We are working on an improvement where it is possible to send out an activation e-mail again from the user management page.

Do you get an error when you click on the link in the activation e-mail, for example that it has already been used or is no longer valid?
