Password lost

The error message 'Invalid credentials' appears when you enter the wrong e-mail address and/or password on the login page of the Signhost portal:

  • First check that you have entered the correct e-mail address;

  • Enter the password again.

If you get the same error message again, you can request a new password via the link 'Password lost?':

After you choose 'Password lost?' and enter your username, a password reset link will be sent to the e-mail address.

  • The password must have 14 characters, including:

    • A capital letter

    • Number;

    • Special character.

  • Tip: Type the password in a notepad first;

  • Copy the notepad password and paste it onto the page where you create a new password;

  • Save it;

  • Paste the password into the login page.
