The error message 'Invalid credentials' appears when you enter the wrong e-mail address and/or password on the login page of the Signhost portal:
First check that you have entered the correct e-mail address;
Enter the password again.
If you get the same error message again, you can request a new password via the link 'Password lost?':
After you choose 'Password lost?' and enter your username, a password reset link will be sent to the e-mail address.
The password must have 14 characters, including:
A capital letter
Number;
Special character.
Tip: Type the password in a notepad first;
Copy the notepad password and paste it onto the page where you create a new password;
Save it;
Paste the password into the login page.
