If you do not agree with the content of the document, choose 'Disagree'. It is mandatory to enter the reason for refusing.

Press the 'Reject' button to send.

Do you agree with the document? Then click on 'Next'.

The next step may ask for verification, go to Step 4 - Verify.
When you see the signing page, go to Step 5 - Sign.
