Purchase a new user

As a portal admin, you can check how many user licenses are available in your account via the organization page. Want to learn more about adding and managing users? Go to the article User Management for detailed instructions.

If no licenses are available, you can easily purchase additional user licenses — provided you are using a self-service account with Signhost.

How to purchase licenses

  1. Navigate to the organization page in the web portal.
    👉 Click here to go directly to the correct page.

  2. Click on Buy seat.

  3. Select the number of additional users you wish to purchase.

  4. Click Confirm & Subscribe to complete the purchase.
