Experiencing issues with a transaction? This article explains what information Signhost support needs to assist with the issue.

Navigate to the transaction overview page:

Click on the blue icon behind the transaction:

After clicking on the blue icon you will be taken to the transaction details and audit trail. Please provide Signhost support with one or more screenshots of all information on this page (transaction details + complete audit trail) and the transaction ID copied and pasted into the message to support.

Is the signer experiencing problems? If so, please provide information about where in the process the signer runs into the issue, what exactly is happening and, if possible, a screenshot or photo of the page.
