Once you have sent out a transaction you can't change it anymore. If you added an incorrect document, the request was sent to the wrong person or you made a different mistake, you can cancel the transaction.
Navigate to Transactions in the web portal and click on the transaction you wish to withdraw. On the transaction details page you click on the three dots to the right of your screen and choose Cancel transaction.
On the next screen, you can add the reason for cancelling the transaction. This reason is visible in the transaction details afterwards. You can use Notify signer to notify signers of the reason for cancelling this transaction. The signatory will receive an automatic e-mail. This mail is sent only when the transaction is created with an automatic invitation.
After entering the reason and determining whether you want to notify the signatories, choose Cancel transaction. After withdrawal, the following message appears:
