As a Mortgage Manager, you will have your own branded Loanapp e-lodgement capability that you can extend to your network to submit electronic applications to you.
Your Loanapp will be 'connected' to logic of your funders, so that your Products, Serviceability, Supporting Documents Logic and Print Forms are always correct (and you don't need to update them)
When a broker submits an application to you, it will create a record in Omni, which can be configured to guide you and your team through your assessment process.
You can call third party services via Omni to support your assessment activities (eg Bureau, Valuations, Title Search, LMI etc)
You can also generate any outputs you need during assessment - eg Approval letters, Assessment Summary, Credit Submission Cover sheets etc
You can create and send secure, digital Missing Information Requests to your brokers or applicants to upload missing documents or detail you need as you assess the deal
You will receive the broker's uploaded supporting documents as part of their submission - you are able to validate them all as part of the Omni workflow
As the Mortgage Manager, you will have additional checklist items required for funder lodgement to add to the supporting documents (eg copy of the valuation).
You can then electronically submit your finalised application and validated supporting documents to your Funder, without re-keying.
For any Funder that is also using Omni, the status of the assessment will be synced - so that you are instantly updated with status changes.

Your own branded Loanapp
You will have a branded Loanapp application interface, that you can use internally or extend to partners such as brokers, to create and submit mortgage applications. Your Loanapp will support submissions for all your Funders and various product offerings.
Your Loanapp will be intelligently linked to your Funder's configurations so that Products, Serviceability and Supporting Documents checklists will in fact be configured and updated at the Funder level, and you 'inherit' their logic. This means your Loanapp is always up-to-date with your Funder requirements - without you needing to do a thing.
Products Subscription - linking your Loanapp to your Funders' so that your products are exactly what they approve and publish. Note that you can 'customise' published products with your Names, Fees and even Rates.
Serviceability Subscription - your Serviceability will be directly linked to Funder serviceability, with the correct Funder serviceability used based on the product chosen
Supporting Documents Subscription - your Supporting Documents will be directly linked to Funder supporting documents checklist, with the correct Funder Supporting Documents requirements based on the product chosen
Journeys
You will also be able to have more that one 'journey' in your Loanapp, to support different product offerings from your Funders.
An alternative Journey is used where the Funder has an offering that requires material differences in Application capture - and therefore a slightly different Loanapp journey.
The "Full Loanapp" application is the core Journey that you will have. This supports submissions for the full application dataset for all mortgage types.
An example of an alternative Journey is the Origin Easy Refi journey - which does not require full employment income details, or any living expense details.
Make your Loanapp available to your Broker network via Aggregator CRMs or Direct Login
Where you are on Aggregator Panels, you are able to take advantage of the existing Simpology Aggregator CRM integrations and connect your Loanapp for integrated lodgement from Aggregator CRMs.
Otherwise, you are able to extend Direct Login credentials to your network to lodge submissions.
If you have larger partners who would benefit from an integrated Loanapp, APIs are available for them to be able to integrate your Loanapp (like an Aggregator CRM).
Omni Assessment
In the Mortgage Manager ecosystem, you will also have access to Omni Assessment to be able to:
guide your team through your assessment processes and workflows
order any third party services such as valuations, credit bureau etc
issue (and receive) any Missing Information Requests to your brokers
verify the application data and supporting documents
when you are ready, x-channel submit your application across to your funder
