What is Document Manager?

The Simpology Manager ecosystem includes a powerful "Document Manager" which allows you to build Print Forms that can then be tied to origination journeys, to be generated when needed in your workflows

You can literally build any Print Form needed in your origination workflows. Examples of Print Forms that may be built are:

  • Print Forms for loanapp application/submission workflows like Application Forms

  • Print Forms for assessment flows like Conditional Approvals

  • Print Forms for settlement flows like Solicitors Instructions, even Loan Documents

The Engine allows you to map application and assessment data to your Forms, so that Forms can be generated already populated with application/applicant data captured in Simpology journeys.

You are able to build new Print Forms, and version (update) and re-publish existing forms.

Where is Document Manager?

The Document Manager can be accessed in Simpology Manager/Account/Document Manager:

To be able to use this module, and see this section in your menu, you need specific permissions tied to your user profile. Specifically, you need Document Manager available in your menu:

What workflows can I build Print Forms for?

You are able to build Print Forms to be generated in Loanapp and in Omni.

In Loanapp, any Print Forms that you need to be generated in an application submission, can be generated in the "Documents" page of Loanapp:

In Omni, any Print Forms that you need in Assessment or other Origination activities outside of the application itself, can be generated via the "Reporting" widget:
