When building your Rules, you need to add a Title to the Rule:
It's important when adding a title that you not only make it something that makes sense when you are building the rule; but also that it makes sense to an end-user who might be presented with this detail when a rule is triggered or fails. |
How the Title appears if the Rule is triggered in Loanapp:
In Loanapp, or other journeys, if the rule is triggered it will appear with the Title as part of the information presented to the user. eg this Rule:

How the Title appears if the Rule is triggered in Assessment:
In the Assessment Module, when a rule is triggered it will appear with the Title as part of the information presented to the assessor. eg this Rule:
