Document Manager allows you to Add/Edit and Remove Headers and Footers with functionality in Insert Tab:
Add/Edit/Remove a Header
To Add/Edit or Remove a Header you need to be in DRAFT and Edit mode.
Go to Insert Tab, Header, Edit Header:
This will enable the Header section for editing:
You can then use the editing functions such as Insert (to Insert a Logo), Text Frame, and text functionality in the Home Tab to build your Header:
Note that you can map Data to your Header and Footer, just like in the body of your document.
Now that you have established your Header, to Edit/Remove the Header, you can go back to Insert Tab at any time to get back into the Header or remove it:
Add/Edit/Remove a Footer
To Add/Edit or Remove a Footer you need to be in DRAFT and Edit mode.
Go to Insert Tab, Header, Edit Footer:
This will enable the Footer section for editing:
You can then use the editing functions such as Insert (to Insert a Logo), Text Frame, adn text functionality in the Home Tab to build your Footer:
Now that you have established your Footer, to Edit/Remove the Footer, you can go back to Insert Tab at any time to get back into the Footer or remove it.
Adding Page Numbers
To add Page Numbers to your Footer (or Header), go to Insert - Page Number:
This will insert the Page number where-ever you had your cursor:
You are able to configure to have Page x of y. To do this
use Insert Page Number to insert the x number;
and then add the text 'of' after it;
use Insert Page Number to insert the y number;
4. use properties (right click) on the y number to format the Page Number:
You will want to make the second page number show number of pages:
