As an Assessor, Pipeline gives you a list of applications that have been submitted to you for assessment and approval.
It's an interface that:
gives you a list of all applications, with click throughs to:
Loanapp, so that you can view/work on the application data
Omni, so that you can work on/view assessment activities related to an application
and other elements related to the application
and is configurable - in that it allows you to view and filter your applications as you wish
Access to Pipeline
Even though Omni is accessible via the overall Simpology ecosystem, Pipeline is designed to be a 'primary' doorway to your work - ie as an Assessor, you would have direct logins to Pipeline. The url to access Pipeline is https://omni.simpology.com.au/pipeline
You will login to Pipeline with your regular Simpology email login and password:
(requires two-factor authentication)
โ ๏ธ You must have the correct Permissions
If you try and login and find that you get an error like this:
It means that you don't have the correct Permissions set in your User Profile. Please see this article for more detail on Permissions for Pipeline.
Pipeline overview
Pipeline lists all of the applications that have been submitted for assessment in your channel:
Pipeline is configurable
What you see on your pipeline is configurable. You are able to:
configure the columns you want to see
configure the order of your columns
create 'filters' that refine what applications appear in your pipeline - eg:
that give you an overview of particular types of applications,
or show you all the applications from particular distribution networks,
or drill down into particular team-members' pipelines
You can search for specific deals
You can search for a particular deal by the APP-number, the applicant's name; or the title of the application:
Click through to the Omni Record for an application
Each application on your Pipeline will have an Omni Assessment record. If you click on any of the Pipeline applications, it takes you through to the main Omni page for that application.
Here I have clicked on the record App-306318 and I've been taken to it's main Omni page:
The application's current status
The Digital Services dashboard - which gives me access to all my connected digital services
The Reporting Widget - which allows me to generate and download any print forms during my assessment activities
My list of Processes and Tasks related to this application.
I can click though to any of the Processes and Tasks by clicking on the relevant line item
Click through to a Processes view; and a Tasks view
Each application will have Omni Assessment Processes, and Tasks, attached to it. The Pipeline has two separate views that allow you to search & filter your applications with a focus on Processes, or Tasks.
You can click through to views for:
1. All the "Processes" that have been generated across all your pipeline applications
2. All the "Tasks" that have been generated across all your pipeline applications. (Tasks are within each of your Processes):
The Processes view gives you a list of all of the assessment "Processes" that have been generated across all of your applications. Each line item lists high-level detail about the Process - and you can click through to the actual process to work on it. For more detail on Processes view, click here.
The Tasks view gives you a list of all of the assessment "Tasks" that have been generated within all of your Processes, across all of your applications. Each line item lists high-level detail of each Task - and you can click through to the actual task to work on it. For more detail on Tasks view, click here.
