Each application will have Omni Assessment Processes, and Tasks, attached to it.
The Processes view gives you a list of all your assessment applications - with a focus on all of the Processes that have been generated across each application.
How to get to the Processes view
The Pipeline has a control to click through to the Processes view:
If you click on Processes, it will show you the Pipeline that lists all the Processes across all your applications:
Click through to a Process to work on it
If you click on any of the line items in your Pipeline, it will take you to the Process itself and you can review/work on it.
eg if I click on this record for App-306301:
I get taken through to that process:
Or, if I click on this record for App-306302:
I get taken through to the Assessment Process for that application:
Click through to related functions
You are able to click through to a number of functions related to a specific application (or process) by using the ellipsis (three dots) on the far right of any record line item:
When you hover and click on the ellipsis, you will be presented with a list of functions/controls related to that application that you can click through to or trigger:
Loanapp - this will open the related Loanapp application in a new Tab
Serviceability Outcome - this will open the related Serviceability Outcome page in a new Tab
Info Requests - this will open the related Info Requests Module in a new Tab
Supporting Docs - this will open the related Supporting Docs Module in a new Tab
Document Verification - this will open the related Document Verification Module in a new Tab
Set Status - this will allow you to manually set the Status of the application (instead of triggering through assessment activities)
Mark Priority as Urgent - will mark the Application as Urgent
Filter your Processes view
π€© There are a number of ways that you can filter and refine the list of Processes that you are presented with
Search Bar
You are able to filter to a particular application by typing in the APP-number, Applicant Name, or Application Title in the Search bar in the top right.
This is a good way to work on a particular application. Here I have filtered to all Processes for App-306318:
Filter Control
The Filter Control in the top right corner is a great feature that allows you to filter processes in very specific ways.
When you click on this control, a side-bar will appear with a set of elements that you can use to filter your Pipeline view. You are also able to Save Filters so that you can click favourite/common filters on and off.
For more on using the Filter Controls on your Pipeline Processes view, click here.
Sort your Columns
You are able able to sort your columns in Ascending/Descending Order. To do this, click on a column heading to sort in Descending Order:
If you want to reverse the Order, click the column heading again.
If you want to remove the sorting completely, click the column heading one last time.
