🀩 The Workflow Pipeline is configurable - so you can set the detail that you see on your deals!

You are able to:

  • set 'channel' pipeline configurations

  • set 'channel' pipeline filters

  • set personal pipeline configurations and/or filters

What can you configure?

The Pipeline is a list of your applications, which allows you to click through and access the assessment activities related to the application.

The Pipeline is made up of a set of application detail columns; and then a vertical list of one application per row, going down the interface:

You are able to click on any of the application line items to click through to the Assessment activities related to your application.

Configure your Columns

You are able to configure the application detail columns so that it presents the application pipeline in the way you want to see it. To do this, you can click the Configuration Cog on the far right of your channel headings:

This will present to you all the available Detail Columns that are switched on in your channel (*note that your channel admin might not have switched on everything, so contract Simpology if there is a Detail type you don't see and would like):

The Column Settings popup will show you:

  1. What columns are currently configured in your Pipeline (and what order)

  2. What columns are also available that you haven't currently configured to be visible in your Pipeline (and that you can add to your view)

Change the Order of your current columns

🀩 If you are happy with your current columns, but want to change the order, you can use the Configuration Cog control to re-order the columns.

Work with the top section of the Column Settings popup to do this.

To re-order columns, Click and hold the bubble of the column you want to move; and drag it to the place you would like it. e.g. - here I am dragging LVR to a different position:

When you have re-ordered your current columns, press Apply Changes, and your Pipeline will not be configured with that column order:

Add or Remove columns to your Pipeline

Pipeline has a whole list of Detail Columns that you can configure to be visible. To see the list or to add/remove columns, click the Configuration Cog and work with the second section of the Column Settings popup:

  • to ADD columns to your view, tick the new column and it will be added to your columns section, where you can then re-order as you wish

  • to REMOVE columns from your view, untick any columns that are currently in your columns section, and they will no longer be visible when you apply the changes

Here I have ticked "Security" so that it is added to my columns section; and then used the controls to move the column to where I want it on my Pipeline view:

When I click "Apply Changes", my Pipeline now has the Security property as a Detail Column, in the position that I set it:
