Your Pipeline has a Tasks view that lists all the current Assessment Tasks, across all applications in your Pipeline:
You are able to set/create filters on this view so that you are presented with only those Applications/Tasks that you are interested in.
How to Filter your Tasks View
"Assigned to/Owned by" filter
A quick filter available on the Tasks view is to filter the Tasks by
tasks owned by/or assigned to you, (the logged in person);
or owned by/or assigned to the Team that you belong to.
This is handy to drill right down to anything that you are responsible for.
To use this filter, you can click either of these controls:
In the following screenshot, Bob Assessor has used the filter "Owned by me" to see all the Processes he is responsible for:
Create your own filter for your Tasks view
To filter your Task view, click the Filter Control in the top right corner:
A sidebar screen will appear with all the controls you have for filtering your Tasks view:
You are able to expand each of the control sections to work with the controls and set your filtering. In this simple example, I have set that I only want to see all tasks that are "in progress":
If I then click Apply, it gives me a Pipeline list of only all Tasks that are currently "in progress":
You can combine the "Owned By/Assigned to" filters with any other filters that you set in the Filter Controls
Remove a Filter
When you set filters, they will be listed on your Pipeline view to remind you that they are 'on':
If I want to remove a filter, I can 'untick' each of the filters (you can tick one at a time) to remove the filter and return to an unfiltered view:
Alternatively, I can re-open the Filters side-bar and click "clear filters" and Apply:

Create and use Saved Filters
π A great feature is the ability for you to create saved Filters that you can click on/off as you want to, for instant re-setting of your Tasks view.
To create a Saved Filter, click on the Filter Control to open the sidebar; and then click "Add+" in the saved filter section at the top:
A common filter is to check on all applications that are stuck in 'waiting', to make sure that they are followed up. To create this saved filter you would first give it a name:
When I click Save, my filter will be established and I can then configure to identify all tasks that are in waiting:
And then when I click Save and Apply, my Pipeline vew is filtered to all tasks that are in 'waiting' status:
When you create a saved filter, the filter will always be on-screen for easy switching on/off:
If I want to ensure that I have no filtering on, I simply switch off (untick) any filters:
Edit a Saved Filter
If I want to edit a saved Filter, I can click the Filter Control and then select the Saved Filter from the dropdown:
Here I have selected the "Applications in Waiting" saved filter, which I can now edit:
And add that I want to filter everything in waiting, and assigned to Gaurav CreditAssessor:
If I Save & Apply, my filter will be updated.
Remove a Saved Filter
If I want to completely remove a saved filter, I can click the Filter Control and then select the Saved Filter from the dropdown:
When selected, if I click the edit pencil next to the Filter name:
I will then get the option to delete
Sort a Column
You are also able to filter/adjust your Tasks view by clicking on any of the Column headings to re-sort your record rows.
To sort on this basis, click on the Column heading and you will now have a re-sorted Pipeline view. eg here I am wanting to re-sort the Tasks view based on Status:
To reverse the sorting, click once more on the column heading.
To completely remove this sorting, re-click on the column heading (ie 2 clicks in total)
