🀩 You are able to filter your Pipeline so that your list of applications will be filtered down to those that you are interested in seeing. This makes it easier to focus on applications or tasks that are yours; or as a manager to filter down to specific people or assessment activities.

Not only that, you are able to:

  • filter your overall Pipeline

  • filter each of the Processes and Tasks views

  • set saved filters on each of your Pipeline views, that you can easily click on/off when you want to

How to Filter your Pipeline views

To filter any of your Pipeline views, click the Filter Control in the top right corner:

A sidebar screen will appear with all the controls you have for filtering each of your Pipeline views:

You are able to expand each of the control sections to work with the controls and set your filtering. In this simple example, I have set that I only want to see all applications that are to settle within the next 7 days:

If I click Apply, I then have a Pipeline list of only 1 application that is to settle in the next 7 days:

Or if I want to see all submissions with a particular Product, and/or of a particular loan amount or LVR - eg:

I then get a Pipeline with only these application records showing:

Remove a Filter

When you set filters, they will be listed on your Pipeline to remind you that they are 'on':

If I want to remove a filter, I can 'untick' each of the filters (you can untick one at a time) to remove the filter and return to an unfiltered Pipeline:

(Note that the Tasks and Processes filters cannot be removed in this manner)

Alternatively, I can re-open the Filters side-bar and click "clear filters" and Apply:

What Filters are available?

You are able to work with filters related to Timing, and Status of the Application:

The Product/Purpose/Loan details of the application:

The Ownership of the application (eg who on your assessment team, or which broker/distribution channel):

🀩 You can of course use a combination of all of these elements to filter your pipeline exactly as you would like to!

Create and use Saved Filters

πŸš€ A great feature is the ability for you to create saved Filters that you can click on/off as you want to, for instant re-setting of your Pipeline.

To create a Saved Filter, click on the Filter Control to open the sidebar; and then click "Add+" in the saved filter section at the top:

A common filter is to filter per application status. As an example, you might want a saved filters to see all newly submitted applications:

When I click Save, my filter will be established and I can then configure the filter controls I would like:

And then when I click Save and Apply, my Pipeline is filtered:

When you create a saved filter, the filter will always be on-screen for easy switching on/off:

If I want to ensure that I have no filtering on, I simply switch off (untick) any filters:

Edit a Saved Filter

If I want to edit a saved Filter, I can click the Filter Control and then select the Saved Filter from the dropdown:

Here I have selected the Conditionally Approval Deals filter, which I can now edit:

And add the Filter "Past 30 days" to see all deals that were/are sitting in Conditional Approval status within the past 30 days:

If I Save & Apply, my filter will be updated.

Remove a Saved Filter

If I want to completely remove a saved filter, I can click the Filter Control and then select the Saved Filter from the dropdown:

When selected, if I click the edit pencil next to the Filter name:

I will then get the option to delete

Sort a Column

You are also able to filter/adjust your Pipeline by clicking on any of the Column headings to re-sort your record rows.

To sort on this basis, click on the Column heading and you will now have a re-sorted Pipeline. eg here I am wanting to re-sort with the requested Loan amount:

  • To reverse the sorting, click once more on the column heading.

  • To completely remove this sorting, re-click on the column heading (ie 2 clicks in total)

This article focuses on the filtering of your overall Pipeline.

The same filtering functionality is available for:
