Here you will find a visual representation of "what" and "how" data sync between SingleOps and the accounting software Quickbooks. Note the arrows, some data will sync bilaterally, others in a single direction.

Key Rules & Limitations
Only one QuickBooks account can be connected to a SingleOps account. If you run multiple businesses with multiple QuickBooks accounts, you will need a separate SingleOps account for each.
Invoices generated in QuickBooks will not sync to SingleOps. SingleOps only syncs invoices from SingleOps to QuickBooks.
If an invoice is updated in SingleOps after it has been synced to QuickBooks, you must manually re-sync it for the changes to appear in QuickBooks.
If you update an invoice in QuickBooks and the sync from SingleOps occurs, your changes will be overwritten with SingleOps values
If you charge sales tax, tax information must originate from QuickBooks
Syncing with QuickBooks Online is automatic once you’ve established a connection.
Syncing with QuickBooks Desktop requires daily manual interactions and the use of QuickBooks own in house application, the QuickBooks Web Connector.
