Reset Password ✔

Reset your own SingleOps password, trigger a reset for another user as an admin, and fix missing reset emails.

If you've forgotten your SingleOps password, you can reset it yourself from the sign-in page. This article also covers how an admin can trigger a reset for another user and what to do if the reset email doesn't arrive.

⚠️ Note: Every user on an account must have a unique email address.

Reset a Password for Another User

Admins can help another user reset their password:

  1. Log out of SingleOps

  2. Click Forgot Password on the SingleOps sign-in page

  3. Enter the other user's email address to trigger a reset for them (for example, when onboarding a new crew member).

💡 If the user no longer has access to the email address on file, update their email under Setup > Users first, then trigger the reset. For details, see Add or Edit a User.

⚠️ Note: Support cannot set passwords directly. The user must complete the reset themselves using the link in the reset email.

Didn't Receive the Email? | Troubleshooting

If the password reset email doesn't arrive, try the following:

  • Check your spam, junk, and Promotions folders in addition to your main inbox.

  • Allow several minutes for the email to arrive.

  • Add info@mail.singleops.com to your safe senders or whitelist so future emails aren't filtered.

  • If you have an older reset link, note that reset links expire and can't be reused—request a fresh one.

  • If the email still doesn't arrive, contact SingleOps Support for help.
